Technical Advisor / Service Manager / Parts Clerk – EMBRUN

• Welcome customers to the service;
• Identify and define the mechanical needs of each;
• Create work orders;
• Assist to estimate the cost of the work to be done;
• Assist in distributing tasks to technicians;
• Assist in monitoring the work and inform the client;
• Inform customers about recommended and / or preventive maintenance for their vehicle;
• Perform billing;

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of mechanics and / or training in mechanics;
• English and French spoken and written;
