Duties and Requirements
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Be bilingual in French and English
- Coordinate the daily activities of the service department
- Schedule and manage service appointments
- Welcome customers and understand their needs
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance to customers
- Present the available services and their costs
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs
- Follow up on warranty claims
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Be available every other Saturday
- On-site training provided
Salary and Benefits
- Annual salary of $45,000 to $55,000, based on experience
